PARKING AND GETTING HERE

711 Saluda Ave, Columbia SC

Metered Parking throughout Five Points. Enforced Monday–Saturday, 9am–7pm. Pay with the Passport Parking app.

Paid Lot enforced 24/7 — pay via the QR codes on signs in the lot within 10 minutes of arriving.

Free Parking at 2221 Devine St. Lot (~2.5 blocks) or along Saluda Ave. in the Wales Garden neighborhood starting at the 600 block.

Arrival & Entry

Event Attendees

The front door will be unlocked during your event. Head inside and follow signage to your event space.

Event Hosts

The BIC team will coordinator will confirm door access and setup time ahead of your event.

Conference Rooms

Booked a conference room? Walk in through the front door, go all the way through the Lounge/Bar, down the hallway in the back following signs that direct you toward the “BIC Offices & Cowork”.

Enter the second space and continue past all of the offices to the very back. That’s where you’ll find the Conference Room on the left, the Training Room on the right, and the kitchen just beyond.

AV & Tech

The event space is equipped with a projector and drop-down screen with HDMI input, plus a full speaker system with two wireless microphones — everything you need to present, host a panel, or run a program.

Presenting? We recommend arriving early to test your laptop, slides, mics, and any audio you plan to play.

Event guests have full access to the kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and filtered water. If your host has arranged catering or snacks, they'll be set up in or near your event space.

  • Use the fridge to store any food or drinks you bring.

  • Filtered water and a sink are available for guests.

  • Keep food and drinks in the kitchen, event space, or outdoor seating areas.

  • Toss trash and recyclables in the bins provided before you leave.
